How did Letters to Mom and those who accompany us come about?
Letters for mom was created with the intention of accompanying women through one of life's most profound transitions: motherhood.
The project stems from the real-life experience of its creator—a mother living far from her home country—who felt the need to open up honest conversations about what is left unsaid, what hurts, and what transforms.
More than a brand, we are a community and a tool for emotional well-being that accompanies, supports, and transforms through words. It is not just a product; it is an experience that invites reflection, reconnection, and sharing based on truth and empathy. We believe that every mother's story is unique and valid, which is why we create tools and spaces that help mothers take care of their emotional well-being, strengthen their support network, and find healing through conversation.

Letters For Mom Community

Letters for Mom Community is the global community of Cartas para Mamá, a space where women from different cultures and countries come together to talk, write, and heal through motherhood.
Here we share real stories, organize local and virtual circles, and create intimate gatherings around the world.
Participants and ambassadors can facilitate their own gatherings, in person or online, using the Letters for Mom methodology, which focuses on conversation, writing, and active listening.
Each gathering becomes a circle of trust and connection, where mothers share their experiences without judgment or perfection, only with truth, empathy, and companionship.

We provide emotional support to mothers on their personal journey, offering them resources that encourage them to think, feel, and reconnect with themselves. We want to validate their emotions, bring visibility to what is often silenced, and build community among real, imperfect women.
